By accessing or using the SauceIQ platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users including restaurant owners, administrators, employees, and customers.
SauceIQ provides a restaurant management platform that includes point-of-sale operations, employee management, online ordering, customer-facing website generation, and integrations with third-party services such as Google Business Profile. The Service is provided “as is” and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
When you connect your Google Business Profile to SauceIQ, you authorize us to read and update your business listing information on your behalf using Google’s APIs. You may revoke this access at any time through the SauceIQ dashboard or your Google Account settings. Our use of Google data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by SauceIQ and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your restaurant data, menu content, and business information. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
Certain features of the Service may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SauceIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SauceIQ, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
